EXCLUSIVE: 4casters, one of the fastest growing peer-to-peer betting platforms, is launching a new ‘mystery’ sweepstakes sports betting site called 4csweeps on July 4th.
4casters.io is an invite-only betting exchange that operates with cryptocurrency outside the US and was used to match over 250M in betting volume peer-to-peer in 2023. The company made their betting lines available to the public in July 2022 via DonBest.
Sweepstakes gambling has been likened to DFS by many in the gambling industry. American legal loopholes allow for betting that does not involve real money. Token / coin based gameplay allows operators to skirt licensing fees and regulations while operating in over 40 states.
The 4csweeps site plans to leverage past operations in Venezuela and will scale its free-to-play game, which founder Zack Panos told GamblingIndustryNews.com he calls “version 1 of a larger concept”.
The site will enable customers to wager on pro-sports like NBA, NFL, MLB, as well as college sports.
